Payment 

Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, or E-transfer. Payment is due by the end of the session.

Cancellation

Notice of 24 hours is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to cancel an appointment will result in being billed for the counselling session.

BC Medical Service Plans do not cover the cost of counselling. Contact your extended health benefits provider to confirm that counselling services provided by a Canadian Certified Counsellor are covered.
